For starters, ive been a bovada client for years now, deposits are easily over +100k. Every now and then ive had my issue happen on the site and bovada for the most part has always made it right. on 03/16/2021 i was playing live dealer games on mobile and was winning a good amount of hands, began playing with 1k chips and continued to win. I won large hand went to tip the dealer a 100 dollar chip on the mobile platform glitched and got stuck on a 1k chip. i immediately contacted the pitboss about the situation and he went ahead and opened a ticket for me and i did indeed get my 900 difference refunded to me at the end when they resolved my ticket. They actually ended up refunding me 1800 dollars instead of the 900 and i went ahead and called up the host line on the phone and spoke with josie to let him know that bovada had paid me an extra 900 dollars and to please take it out of my account because it was not my money. I actually stood on hold 25 minutes to give this company back there money because i am honest and believed them to be honest as well! What AN IDIOT I AM for that,
So the next day 3/17/2021 i am playing the roulette table on mobile while i am out and about in the city and im playing 1k hands. i started to loose a bit so i went ahead and dropped my bets down to 100 chips instead of 1k chips and the same glitch that happened to me the day before where the 1k chips get stuck happened. what happens is that the game lags and when you are clicking your bets the chips dont actually appear until the game starts. once the game starts the chips became 1k chips even though i had the 100 dollar chip showing. After it happened the first time i reached out to support right away, but i continued to play because i was chasing my numbers and didnt want it to come while i was sitting out. So i ended up playing the next 5 rolls like this while talking to support until finally the game kicked me out and me rejoin because obviously there was an issue going on. Those 5 hands came out to rouly 11k when it should have been 1100 or so worth of bets. Now unlike the day before when bovdad refunded me the 900 for the error happening, this time they told me that the game play looked fine and nothing had happened. They pretty much called me a liar and let me know that they would be keeping my funds! Now for anyone who feels that i might be a player who is upset that he lost money and is now crying or complaining, ill have you know this… in the last 7 days my money in on bets is 1.2 million dollars and ive played 100s of hands at 1k each and have lost them fair and square. That same day this happened i lost and won around 30k or so after and even the next day the same thing. So it truly bothers me that bovada will not honor 5 hands that there was an error on just because of the amount at risk was huge but still wants high roller players like myself to keep coming back?? They refunded it the day before when it happened with the 1k tip but yet the next day it happens they dont want to honor it. Out of the +100 or so hands that i played at 1k each this weekend and lost fair and square, the will not refund 5 HANDS THAT HAD AN ERROR i am posting this here because i got them to look into it further today, the customer service line is horrible, the lady changed her story so many times. I want this to get attention so bovada knows that they cant do this to their players! i will keep everyone up to date on the result, i will not let them keep my money! I only want what is owed to me fair and square. please give me any suggestions of any one i can reach out to so i can get this sorted out! thanks guys and please dont play live dealer mobile because i dont want anyone else experiencing what i am going through. If they treat a player like myself who spends all that money here this bad think of how they will treat you!
