My winnings were returned but not my wagers. WHY???

Can you clarify what you mean here by the winnings were returned but not the wager? Do you mean some of your wagers were voided? Can you provide us some reference numbers to look into?

The money I won from my bets were put in my account which added up to 53$ and the 62$ that i used to get the 53$ was never returned…

Again can you state the wager reference numbers of which wagers this applies to? A review of the account shows all wins recently seem to be paid correctly.

Good luck they are making excuses more and more. Promised compensation never I get I’m not a huge better But come on

I won a bet ref #22061549963237 and was not paid my winnings. I have always been accredited with my past winnings but this one was not paid out and i want to find out why ASAP.

I’m having the same issue. I won on my wager and the funds where initially credited to my account. Then a few minutes later the winnings were removed even though the wager was a winner. The Ref. 22071556244290

What happened?? I’m expecting my winnings in my account please.

Ok though why was my account credited for $205 in the first hand. Then removed because it settled. It’s quite confusing to see a win then to have it withdrawn. That was why I initiated research to see what the original bet I won from was.

Not a scam. Verify your account or play through your deposit bonus and I’m sure you’ll be allowed to withdraw.
