Ive been playing the casino $2 bets and im not accumulating any points? i do not have any bonuses going raw cash why is this?
They are accumulating correctly on the rewards page however just aren’t showing on your transactions page
Ehh. I don’t think so. I’ve been at 11132 points for a while now. I just rolled through $100 to check and no increase in points available for redemption. Let me know @Matty_Bovada please.
Interesting I just tried to redeem my rewards points and got an error of “something went wrong”
deff not accumulating anything . i just played 300$ 2$ spins and i didnt accrue one point lol
on the other hand i got a couple points for a loss bet i put in
Not sure mine was accumulating either seemed stuck at same value for a bit but was finally able to redeem

Same. Happened last week too
@moderators Were there any points lost there, like others I noticed my balance didn’t move for a bit
Mine just jumped up big. Over 12000 points during no play period. Must have been a delay or something

Just jumped another 3000 points. Watching it just go up is cool
