Just received an email about them dealing with a higher volume than usual and sorry for inconvenience. Listen I get it I understand things happen. I know they are working on things but the fact that my bonus not being credited can’t be fixed immediately or the fact that they aren’t giving points daily for inconvenience is what makes me disappointed. If they can right the ship and accommodate points correctly and fix this im more than happy to stay on the site but until then like I said I can’t trust putting money on when I can’t even get a bonus credited for a deposit i made almost a week ago.
