What happens when game errors are identified?

Hi there - a couple months ago someone pointed out reels and wheels xL had some payline payout errors on this forum. Some lines weren’t paying out as advertised in the game rules.

How were players compensated for play when the game wasn’t working fairly? Do refunds or “no action” happen for examples like this?

Hi @Boikobk, the issue in relation to the Reels and Wheels game was resolved and the game was taken down while our team reviewed all the game activities and made the necessary adjustment to the game and the users that were affected.
