A bit ridiculous to be honest. Can’t play blackjack, video poker, or slots because the terrible delay, then it finally just kicks you from game after lagging for awhile trying to keep up.

That is not a true statement.
I complained about it earlier.
I was getting kicked off black jack every other hand.

I often get kicked from slot games as well. But a quick reload usually solves it for a while.

I think what Jasmine is referring to is that it appears to be an isolated incident as we have had no reports of any issues from the Casino Team. This is why she advised to you do some trouble shooting.
It would just be nice for Bovada to take some accountability for technical issues.
I can understand issues occurred but sick of it always being the users fault.
