Live Dealer Rules

Hello guys!

I wanted to inform you that any inquiry regarding Live Dealer games, can be solved by the Pitboss. Meaning that, if you need assistance with Live Dealer related issues, you can ask in chat for Pitboss and they will assist you.

During play, you can then chat with the Live Dealer by clicking the chat box…

…where you will find a standard keyboard as well as a range of emojis to choose from.

Using this feature, ask for Pitboss via Live Chat in order to have your inquiry addressed.

Please note that if you are unable to ask for help in chat, you can also reach out to us or CS and we’ll escalate accordingly, however, you’ll need to get a ticket from the table prior to that.

I’m curious if this really works or if we will get the usual response of, “we have escalated this to the appropriate team. They will respond within 24-48 hours”, and then we get a generic form email. Has anyone tried this, yet?

Tis is not new it has always been this way, this is just a reminder post.
If you speak to the pitboss they will create a ticket for you.
