I have no problem at all running a promotion with the terms of 20 spins for 1,000 people, targeted for people to just play certain games, who may have been depositing anyway.
I don’t think problems are best solved from anger, but I do want to ensure you guys have the information from us to hopefully best solve this.
When I saw the promotion, I was excited to participate, seeing it appeared to be an exclusive promotion for your most “loyal” customers. So I was hoping this may be a promotion to give back, for people like me who have never withdrawn, and are deeply in the red, haha.
It appeared to me that muiltiple people had the chance to receive 20,000 free spins, in which we had our chances boosted by depositing more. And again, it’s fine that it wasn’t, but the problem was, I was depositing as if I may receive 20,000 free spins. Or else, I wouldn’t have spent as much as I did, which I don’t think it’s necessary to post on here how much I deposited. But I do wish I didn’t.
After starting to get concerned after seeing some comments on here, I reached out to customer service, and received a polite response about my concern of whether or not I was competing for a chance for myself to win 20,000 free spins. And learned, that I indeed could win 20,000 free spins. After this conversation, I continued to deposit and play these games and lose. It’s not your guys fault for me losing, assuming these slots are tampered with. But I wouldn’t have played them if it wasn’t the information I received of this promotion.
Again, I don’t want to sound angry, but just want you guys to make it right. Thanks!

I agree with all above posters. Haven’t spun nearly as much as some but a solid 1000 at least. In no way would I have stuck to the slots I did but I guess that’s on me for being hopeful that it would be worthwhile.

You went out into your neighborhood and knocjed on doors telling everyone you were selling raffle tickets
“Up to 200k in prizes!!” You told your neighbors
“Only 20 dollars per raffle ticket! And you can buy as many as you want!!”
They get excited and you sold a boatload of tickets. You keep selling and selling while telling everyone “more details to come”
Then right before the raffle you announce that 1000 people will receive 4 dollars worth of 50 cent pull tabs each

It is up to 200k in potential prizes if all 4k pull tabs win 50 bucks each
But people will still be pissed they spent 20 bucks for a chance to win 4 dollars worth of pull tabs … errr spins…

It is just conducting shady business.
Simple as that. I own a business. Even though it TECHNICALLY isn’t if you want to have bad business practices… it is false advertising and this sh** shouldn’t happen from a company in business for this long. They are not new to the game.
