I placed a 3 way CBB parlay with +1029 odds. Screenshot of the bet with ref number was sent to customer service because it only paid out at +947 odds. I was told there was nothing they could do, that their system said it was +947. So 8% of my winnings were mysteriously missing and they won’t make it whole, even with a clear screenshot of the bet. Has anyone else had this issue? Pretty disappointing, Bovada
Yes sadly it happens frequently
They’ll always tell you to provide a screenshot but even when you have one it doesn’t mean anything
