So I got a bonus which clearly states that I’m supposed to receive 50 free spins at $20/spin. I never received any free spins but for some reason the worthless chat agent is telling me I wagered $28 on golden Buffalo last night and that I did use the free spins…

I used the bonus for 50 free spins at $20 per spin as well that weren’t showing up. Now I have 75 free spins available at $0.40 apiece. This does not work haha. @moderators are you all going to fix this???

I have the same issue and I have spent multiple hours on chat with no resolution. Mine is for 35 free spins at $4/spin. They never showed up. I also received 75 free spins this afternoon for $0.40/spin and I am not using them until I get my 35x$4. Also, my bonus rollover is almost completed but I am not making anymore wagers until this is resolved.

Lol I have 10 million+, wish I got a bonus match to $1500 for 100%, only $400, still waiting on spins too, at this point I’d take another 100% match instead of the spins

I called today and they said the original escalation was closed and that a new higher escalation was put in and to wait 24-48 hours
