I wanted to start a quick thread of everyone’s best experiences with the MODS on this community. I know personally I have never had a negative experience and wanted to hear about some of your experiences. Please only positive thread, as it’s meant to show our appreciation. I felt it would be a nice goodbye to show some love and appreciation for the ones that actually care. Depending upon how this goes I may decide to offer a voucher for a comment that really envelopes the meaning of this post. So if you like the MODS and like free money, why not tell them here and we’ll see what happens. They put up with us, we know who we are, let’s tell them why and how much we value them.

I have nothing but love for the mods here. They answer every question with grace and they put up with a lot!
Yes, I lose tons of money but I can honestly say that my experience here has been great, and they mods have always been helpful as well as some players here too!
Sorry to see you go ! I can’t express my appreciation for the mods and Having worked in customer service myself I appreciate them even more. Anytime I have ever had an issue they have always responded promptly and been nothing but nice to me. ALL of them. I won’t write you a novel here and I’m sure others might call me an @ss kisser or something but I’m just speaking the truth. I also don’t know if it’s appropriate to say who the mod was so I’ll leave it anonymous as he probably knows who he is. Over a month ago I had an absolutely horrible day. To the point of emotionally Down in the dumps and took some bad lumps let alone dealing with a family member who was ill which I didn’t tell the mod that however I was down in the dumps and reached out in probably way to long of a PM explaining the bad beats etc. It felt good to vent and really wasn’t expecting much of a response however I was shocked to have received a compassionate lengthy response back and it was very kind and showed a human side and uplifted me. I won’t forget that and thanked him greatly for being so nice to me.

Just a break for a bit, who knows I am a gluten for punishment! I’ll probably not “leave” more like take a hiatus for two days until I get too bored with pretending to exercise ;).

I was about to do a write up about this the other night after working with a Bovada Customer Service agent.
I absolutely appreciate all the mods here do, from expediting voucher approvals, answering questions about things where it appears you have lost your mind and can’t read simple instructions, reporting possible bugs found to the correct team, checking on daily Cashback (for 100 people a day, lol), trying to convey in a clear manner what other teams like the Marketing one toss out to customers, respond to disgruntled users who appear to have signed up for the community just to air their grievance, dealing with some regulars who are just frustrated and looking for something to complain about at that moment (guilty) and many other things. I see all of them as VIP Customer Service because they do all of this while giving the best answers they have based on the information being given. They aren’t the ones pulling all the strings or responsible for the bonus programs or the fragile infrastructure that has the Bovada site taking a nose dive sometimes, but they give you what they have and reach out for the answers they don’t.
I will admit my frustrations show in their direction sometimes, but it’s not with them it with the company as a whole and usually with the team they are waiting on an answer from. Sometimes they get that answer and pass it along and I was able to show with screenshots that what was given to them was inaccurate and they went back with that evidence and got it resolved. They didn’t just shut the door and say, that’s what they told us bye. I wish all of my experiences with Bovada employees went as well as they do with the mods here.
I do think there is a major disconnect between the Customer Service Chat agents level of service and that of the mods. I am not sure why that is, maybe just the “power” that each role is given within the food chain or maybe the mods (not that I’m advocating for them to have more to do) need to teach some customer service skills to the other folks.
They will always get you an answer. It might not be the answer you wanted and you might not get all you wanted or feel like you deserve but I truly feel they try their best and give what they can. They really are the best face of Bovada that I have personally found and am really glad I found the Community site because I think most of us have experienced the head banging frustration of some of the other customer service avenues. You might not get a response 24/7 here, but you will at least keep from flat spotting your forehead.
To all the mods out there I just want to give you A huge thank you! I know I tell you guys thank you all the time. But seriously I truthfully am thankful for you guys having to deal with taking me off the Bitcoin Exclusive just about every other day I really am appreciate it for all your guys hard work On helping me out with every question I have and especially from all of those who ask me how my days are going and give me a little conversation on the side while I’m waiting thank you very much that’s all I have to say. I’m not just saying this for the hopes to win a voucher. I’m just taking this great opportunity to let my feelings out to you guys I hope the greater days to come for all of us. Thank you all that has took there time to read this. I hope for the best to all of you here. That’s all, goodbye hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
Thanks Mods you rule. This Forum is really helpful. I hope a lot of people can easily find it. Might easen the burdon of the email/chat center and the mods here just seem to be well versed. Give them a raise!!!
As a sidenote, it seems clear to me that previous issues of high CUP and Lobby crashing within poker have been completely resolved
it is nice to have this open communication

I keep thinking about how this forum, and the interaction it allows with the folks that work at Bovada, is nothing short of amazing. You folks have quickly became my go to online casino. Everything you do is top notch. The anonymous poker thing is still taking some getting used to for me, but your MTT’s are the deepest of the 3 sites I play on and very well structured. I love your 27 person sit and go’s. I know I’ve said this before, but every facet of your site, from casino to sportsbook to poker room is so crisp looking. You folks are leaps and bounds better than any other US facing casino on the market. This forum and the level of interaction with the mods gives me so much trust in your business. I saw on another post some user posted a photo with around $500k in his account, and I thought at the time it was crazy, but now I see. You folks are trustworthy enough for someone to feel comfortable keeping that amount of money in your site. I now feel that same level of trust. Thank you for this forum, thank you for the level of engagement you bring, and thank you most of all for being transparent and trustworthy!

You have to give them props!! Customer service is always rough. My experiences with the mods have always been positive.So a Big Thank You to the hard working, and always seem to be on mods.May all your dreams and goals come true:)
