Yeah. Seems like when they decide a line is erroneous, they should take it off the board. But wagers already placed should be honored. In my line of work there isn’t the benefit of getting to tell a customer i made a mistake and i get to void the mistake and we just start over. Cool concept, but not very practical. And not a hint of customer service
Honestly if i was you I’d hit up your buddies and tell them to player transfer some of the winnings to you!! Because worst case is they go back and cancel all their bets too!!
I don’t think bovada can do that once they send out a message honoring the bets. That would bring down their reputation so bad
Now don’t get me wrong, I also didn’t think they could void the same line they paid everyone else on….so there’s that. I’m currently crafting my post on SBR, normally they help out tremendously with issues like this; especially (and I’m not trying to come off as cocky, I’m just extremely perplexed by this) Something so straightforward in my opinion.
