I agree Jon Fernandez vs Jerrzel Corrales was listed as Joseph Fernandez vs Jerrzel Corrales on the wagers, but that doesnât change the fact that Fernandez won the fight vs Jerrzel Corrales Saturday March 9th.
Would you agree that that is a minor typographical technicality and should be graded as a win?
It is very similar and close enough to grade as win, right?

Thatâs very disappointing because I still believe I picked the winning boxer even though it was listed as Joseph Fernandez instead of Jon Fernandez.
Please in the future check your spelling of the listed names so this problem doesnât happen again. I can understand if it was a change in opponent for a different boxer, but this was a simple error in a boxerâs first name between Jon vs Joseph with the same exact last name for Fernandez and the same exact opponentâs name in Jerzeel Corrales.
So in future who do I contact to correct the boxerâs name from Joseph Fernandez to Jon Fernandez before I make the wager so this typographical error by Bovada can be updated before I place the wager?

Hello @Paul_Bovada or @Mikey, I just wanted to ask for some help in resolving two unsettled bets on my account if possible. Ref. numbers 24031910347617 and 24031910347944. The initial amount before was $95 to $185 and second was $185 to $221. It finished around 11:30 am on March 11, E.T. however, several hours have gone by and nothings been changed so I just wanted to ask for some help with this. If you see this then thank you very much.

I made a bet for menâs college basketball teams to win their conference tournaments.
I had three agents confirm that my bet was for the winner of the conference tournaments and not the regular season (I will include screenshots in comments since I can only upload one picture - one agent was via phone so no screenshots for that conversation)
Now that the regular season has concluded they have graded these bets as a loss. When I called for an explanation they once again told me it was because these teams did not win their conference tournaments - I ask to clarify they indeed meant conference tournament and they said yes. When I informed them the tournaments had not started they went back and checked again, except this time they came back and told me that all now four people at this point were wrong and that it was for the regular season not conference tournament.
I would like my bets to be honored as they were intended and as they were confirmed by multiple people.
