Please i need help :cry: I recently won a 10 game parlay on bovada they have refused to credit my winning i need help. Customer care confirm that i won but i need to wait. It use to be instantly credited when you win and instantly put on loss when you lose.

It was there after the goal. And if you watch the clip it is clearly an assist. I swear y’all are the most crooked Sportsbook there is. It paid out for my friends that made the same play on other books

I am not able to view the clip at this time. Can you please provide me with another link that shows there were assists from Jamal as ESPN shows there were none.

Same bet, paid on 4 different other books. Clip is clearly an assist. I don’t know why the stats don’t say it anymore. Y’all shady that’s all it is to it @Maddie_Bovada

Why can’t you watch the clip and grade it from there? Why are other books paying it? I don’t think people are giving away money for no reason

I am unable to watch the clip; it doesn’t allow me to. ESPN, along with multiple other sources, including the one you provided, shows the player has 0 assists, so the settlement will stand as is. All the best.

The clip tells what the stat sheet doesn’t. If you won’t watch the clip then you are grading it incorrectly. I’ve provided the live game evidence and you CHOSE NOT to view it. It’s cool you don’t care about your customers and it shows. Too many times I’ve had to provide proof for you guys on bets I’ve won for grading incorrectly. I’m done with it and y’all @Maddie_Bovada
