Hello!
I am new to the site. I made a bet that was correct (that no aces would be served in the first two matches of the Nadal-Tsitsipas match in the ATP World Tour Finals on 11/19/2020), and even have official proof from the ATP website: https://www.atptour.com/en/scores/second-screen/archive/2020/605/MS017?isLive=false&set=3&tab=ServePlacement
However it was ruled that I lost the bet, and talking to customer service has not been helpful (“The decision is already taken by the sports team. I cannot do much more for you.”)
What do I do to have this error fixed?
