I just spent 2 hours correcting the data line by line so that I could use the sum function. I feel like I’m in freshman year of high school learning how to use excel again. My afterthought is that y’all assume people just won’t bother to take the time hence will be dissuaded to check their lifetime totals, but I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and just assume that it’s a back office error that nobody thought about (even though adding spaces is clearly a manual entry 
)

Or I can show you how to remove the spaces…if it’s in the cell itself just use clean(trim(a1)) next to the first cell and drag all way down

Do a basic search for anything excel related and you’re guaranteed to find a better formula than doing anything manually.
