Hi there, I’ve sent an email out a couple of days ago but no response about this.

I won a parlay and a single bet a couple of days ago, but no payout has shown up in my balance.

Unfortunately your Carolina bets appear to be series prices and not for single games. these will only be settled once the actual series is over.
