Hey Lukas,

I made the same bet on the same match, I bet $5 on Koleshnik and the bet still reads “open” when the match is now over and Koleshnik came out the victor (as expected). Can you check on that for me too?

I have a wager almost two weeks old that won and is settled as a loss I even sent screenshots of the scorecards showing my player won. only response ever get is forwarded to sports department. its annoying bc only requires checking scores to see it won. is there anything else can do or will this just not be changed
