@AustinP450 I really hope I’m wrong because almost the same thing happened to me, but i think the multiplier only pays on a straight bet. Not on split bets. There would need to have been a bet on only 26 and not sharing bets with other numbers near 26.

This is right, the multiplier only pays on a straight bet as far as I’m concerned as well, but the appropriate team will get back to the player with more detailed resolution.
I think it is 100x ur bet not x100 of that win. So u had won $2/4=0.5 and 100x ur $0.5 =$50 plus $25 on black which gives u another $50 so that round u won $100
