This has been going on for over six hours. Its so wrong i cant even explain. Why does it only work in bovadas favor and not for players
So i deposited via bitcoin lighting at 530am cst and still havenāt received it on bovada, it has cleared from my wallet. Ive tried getting up with CS via chat ever since with no response
Once again ⦠the biggest issue is how the issue is handled (mishandled IMHO). If this was āscheduled maintenanceā there would have been advanced notice of it. And the cashier would have been disabled / banner posted before any such maintenance started since at least some player deposits are once again not credited. Not only after players start reporting problems⦠No timeline. No explanations, just vague 'working on it ā with no details at all⦠honest information makes sense to players⦠pretending that an apparent still recurring issue is routine and due to āscheduled maintenanceā makes no sense. If this was scheduled maintenance, then it was very poorly executed⦠If it wasnāt scheduled maintenance, donāt call it that cuz thatās just annoying,

Cs agent is using that excuse (scheduled maintenance without notice) to deny compensation. Very stragegic and disgusting at the same time
