This is crazy i spoke to moderator thru a private message this morning. Gave information and screen shots. They said they found my transaction. But 10 hours later it still hasmt been credited. Come on @moderators

And I have just made a deposit. Was wondering why itās taking so long. Now I know. Too many issues with this website recently. Has anyone helped you credit your account if you contacted customer service?
Moderator talked with me this morning got reference number and screenshot. Said they found my deposit and would pass it on to the payment team and would let me know. That was at 6:30a.m & ive not received my deposit or any real help. Kinda crazy @moderators

It appears I am not the only one still waiting for their funds. I did my deposit via Bitcoin Lightning and due to the transaction being done on Coinbase, I cannot send the requested āpayment preimageā to Bovada Financial Services. I donāt understand why they would need more information from me when the issue regarding this transaction was something that happened on their end. All my other transactions afterward have been going through so because the wallet I used does not provide something I lose my funds.
Im still waiting for my 2 deposits 2 days ago. Gave them all the info they asked for, was tlld its been escalated and still nothing. Starting to lose patience.
I think itās so wild that they can take something as immediate as a deposit through crypto and turn it into something like this. They used to be so good about shutting things down when it was to our detriment, now they inconvenience us and donāt bother telling us anything. The lack of transparency is what I just canāt wrap my head around.
Itās been two days now and I still havenāt received my lighting bitcoin t deposit to my account. Iām starting to get severly upset . I just want my money back or get it deposited to jaccount. Everyone else has received their drposts but me

Iāve reached out to customer support 4-5 times and I keep getting the same response ārest assure your fund are safe and secure and we have no update or idea when you will see your money but rest assure your funds are safeā I will rest assure when I see them on my account. I have over 500,000 online gambler subscribers to my podcast and Iām going to expose bovada if this is not resolved immediately.
