When is the mega scratch card going to be fixed

@moderators any timeline as to when the Marketplace could open?

Now the scratch card is taken down and CS is saying that it’s “part of the same issue” so compensation was already given even though that didn’t get taken down until after the comp points were given.

So there’s issues.
They pay comp points out for issues.
New issues come up after the fact.
They say it’s now the same issue with no ETA of being fixed

So the short story is that they are giving out bonus points and saying it’s for issues that haven’t even happened yet to cover their own asses. :man_facepalming: so if an issue happens next month they can be like “remember those rewards points back in April, those are for these issues”

Once 7 days have passed and anyone who has scratches from before are gone. But don’t worry. All you need to do is Deposit again to restart the clock. :alarm_clock: tick tok lol

This site is a joke. People of all sorts deposit money relative to what they can do. Some in the 6 figures. Some much less but substantial to them. @moderators you should tell the upper brass that they should be ashamed of themselves as a business and as a keeper of our money when you cant even get phones to work. Take a deep hard look at yourselves and understand that you have failed people who fund your jobs through our deposits. Thats all.

The system is still down. No deposits. No bonuses. No scratch cards. No communication. Not even a message from a host.

And for those of us who’ve been here — who keep checking in, who’ve stuck around through this mess — all we’ve gotten is silence and a $100 credit.

That’s not loyalty. That’s neglect.

We’re not asking for miracles — we’re asking for transparency, effort, and respect. We’ve shown up. We’ve waited. We’ve trusted. But trust doesn’t last forever when it’s not returned.

Loyalty isn’t a tagline. It’s a two-way street.
Right now, it’s feeling like a dead end.

Yeah I’d like to know as well! I’ve been trying to cash out $7k since Sunday but scared to use crypto withdrawal and don’t have the marketplace open.

i think- not to pour salt- 5k is probably worse than still being down

Just realized they updated the banner to now include “promotional offers” to cover themselves too. That was not there before.

When will the marketplace open @moderators

Yeah, it looks like they updated the banner to include “promotional offers” probably because so many players are missing out on things like the Mega Scratch Card, Crypto Perks, and other promos. That update wasn’t there before, so it seems like they’re trying to cover the wider impact now.

Right now, we are still working on the needed to escalate these issues, which is super frustrating—we get it. Especially after sending out reward points as a good faith gesture, only to still be running into problems.

Once we’ve got full access back, we’ll make sure these missed promotions are taken care of. Really appreciate you hanging in there with us.

@jwrobel21 I just wanted to jump in here to add a point that, should these things NOT be mentioned, we are asked why they are not, and the company is criticized.

“Why doesn’t it say transactions…do better bovada”

Now they have added a much info as is possible you are still criticizing us for it?
