@Lezzie_Bovada I just stated that I received cashback but it wasn’t even calculated correctly and again I was told several times a message would go to players regarding the technical incident once issued

when can we get a public explanation of what is actually going on with the website and why its not working? Or any sort of time frame on when we can expect to be able to use our promotions?

If have crypto self lock cashback as part of your promotions should check your numbers, with transactional issues I don’t believe it’s being calculated correctly. Hate to see anyone get shorted after this already long delay

I did account for that, I believe it’s a transactional issue from missing deposits that’s not being accounted for in the formula but I have spent enough time chasing this…
Hopefully you guys get it together with the match cards and prevent something like this from happening again

I am looking for anyone to help me. I did a voucher withdrawal and never received voucher. Money is gone from my account. I never had this issue before. I did a chat but got nowhere.

Message the mods they can see the codes for you

Is it true other casinos did system updates resulting in more withdrawals that didn’t interrupt there players gameplay in effort to gain bovada players who have been treated unfairly?

I think if I had gotten compensated $1000 inconvenience fee it still wouldn’t have mattered🤷🏾‍♂️.
Still wouldn’t have won anything worth withdrawing…guess I’m just unlucky🤷🏾‍♂️

*But at least they did apologize for the headache it caused, and did give updates regularly telling us they still don’t know anything and that they didn’t have the tools, that was really nice of them. :two_hearts:
