Honestly, not sure why they’re setting themselves up for failure by not fixing the scratch cards until a new week starts… They easily could’ve cleaned this up by now without spilling into a new week. Now they have to add additional missed scratch cards from a previous week to new qualifying play/deposits week. No way this could go wrong and not be a cluster…brilliant.

Disclaimer: this is just my opinion on when this will be resolved, I’m not giving “inaccurate information”

If it was as simple as flicking a switch to fix, then i’m sure they would have by now.
Things are getting back to normal now, although there are still a few things that are still being worked on.

@Paul_Bovada No, probably not a switch, but also probably should not have been a 6 day and counting resolution either…

I appreciate what you are saying, but it will not have been 6 days working on a scratch card! They have had lots of things to fix, update etc so there has to be priorities.

Try clearing cache and cookies, i’m on the website now, checking some things.

Nope. I’ve been told my withdrawal has been escalated, but that was several days ago. CS is asking me to wait a bit longer. I know CS is doing the best they can, and it’s out of their control, so I don’t blame them, but I’d like some assurance that progress is actually being made.

I’m just waiting for them to announce the scratch card promo has been removed. Even as a player that loses 100% of the deposits, and reaching the highest tier Hall of Fame. They’ve removed cashback on losses, crypto cashback, random point drops etc… in promos on my account, and assuming scratch card will be next. Plus, how does anyone feel safe playing slots on a site where the it department can’t even figure out a scratch card promo?

If not a simple fix for this IT team then bovada could at least make things right for players and take care of them.

Same here, bonus team has been away entire week.

We do not handle bonus requests on the public forum I’m afraid.

Is there a list of what issues are still happening and what’s status is for each? Everything is so damn cryptic and secretive with what’s going on and how Bovada is handling it? Are they planning on further comp for the last 5 days since payment was Tuesday before?
