Why is it when the website crashes or deposits take forever I cannot get in touch with customer service? Iâm a hosted player yet have no way to speak with the hosting team when shit goes wrong (like it does all to often). Customer chat has not been available for 24 hours and the phone support just puts you on hold indefinitely. Makes me feel great and valued

System seem like it been hacked if you ask me. This happened to another casino i was playing online awhile back, but they informed that system was hacked. The reason i started bovada about 5 years ago. Now look at here. They came back up eventually though
