It’s kind of crazy that CS chat is still down…anyone who isn’t aware of the community or isn’t on social media has been left in the dark for close to 24 hours now

Whats even more crazy is that they purposely took it offline once they realized the issue. No announcement or update, just complete silence while players continued to deposit.
Deposited at 6pm and 8pm last evening, both deposits have not hit and are fully confirmed with 90+ confirmations. Yet they open up the new deposits when they haven’t finished backfilling, just makes no sense. They should be going in order of deposit.
Not expecting to see my money today.

At this point CS still being down is the far more concerning thing
We’ve had many instances where tech issues have resulted in delays with deposits or withdrawals
But not being able to get ahold of anyone at the site because they’ve " lost the ability to use internal tools" is wayyyyyyy crazier
I honestly don’t even see how it’s possible a business losses the ability to access is own information for 12+ hours. At least not without it being something being done to the site outside of its control
Players and the site having issues with external stuff happens. Iys a pain but it occurs. The site losing all ability to access internal data is bonkers

yeah that’s the part I’m annoyed about. It makes last night’s less of a priority for the Site overall bc they are receiving funds again…

Way under, probably within a few hours is my guess, seems like they “fixed the glitch” with future deposits/withdrawals.
The money is there in the blockchain, didn’t go anywhere. I bet there was just a power outage in whatever third-world country they operate in.

You know a bunch of losers deposited like $2 in the past 3 hours with $27 play in the past 30 days so they can complain to CS about getting compensation for the outage and then spam the community threads after.
I don’t envy the coming onslaught for the CS.

In all reality though, if there site didn’t go down all the time they wouldn’t have to worry about any of this
I haven’t used bovada in a while but came back to try out some of my favorite games that my new website that I play at doesn’t have and this is what I met with. Lmao couldn’t get a clearer confirmation to stay away from here

yeah I’m less focused on compensation rather than just seeing my funds safely landed. One thing at a time. Hoping next few hours for some MLB and NBA playoffs
