And as you see everyone, Marketplace is closed, crypto deposits/withdrawls are non-existent at this time and overall the confidence level of doing any wagers is abysmal.
Bovada as a whole needs to do much better in their IT department to avoid situations like these.
I for one, will not be doing any further transactions with Bovada until management acknowledges and rectifies these continuing issues on on any of their public forums.
Constant outages, loss of perks and benefits when better promotions were promised and AI generated responses to things we care about is not what I signed up for.

We as players deserve better!!

I love the UI here, and I’ve been putting it off as long as possible, but there’s other places to play if this doesn’t get wrapped up soon.

12 hours still no deposits , very unprofessional how this company is ran and honestly it’s embarrassing considering how long its been around. Extremely disappointed because this is a good site when ran well but the cons are outweighing the pros at this moment and a lot of us won’t stick around if it keeps up. Do better !!

This place has to be shutting down. There is no way this isn’t the final closedown. It’s one thing to have tech issues but when you have no communication, very rarely does it not mean the end. You would think there would be moderators at least consistently reporting updates but how in the world can you have? No customer service availability for 24 hours it’s mind blowing. The US government has want them shut down for a while and has been doing a lot of cyber attacks against Bovada is what I’m hearing. This feels like it’s the final death nail in the coffin.

This is Crazy been waiting almost 20 hours and have 115 confirmations. They should match our deposit with no freaking rollover.

I hope this isn’t a shutdown situation… I am confused or maybe just frustrated that they focused on being able to take in more money and updated the banner to get new deposits going again but somehow haven’t rectified pending deposits or withdrawals or made it possible to contact CS or the host team through chat or phone. A little telling in my opinion of how off their prioritization is. I can’t help but feel alarmed that we are not being told something or just flat out disappointed in how this is being handled if it was in fact just a technical issue

Why would customer service, both phone and chat, be disabled during an issue like this? This is very concerning.

Also, the phone rings! Just no one there to answer it. Wondering if this is the end for Bovada.

I’ve never seen chat down for this long outside of a planned maintenance…very concerning

The fact they they opened up new deposits, while not honoring any of the thousands stuck in limbo right now is a very very bad sign imo.

I don’t know what would make them do that other than the fact they needed cash flow now, and aren’t worried about getting players who have stuck deposits their funds.

I really hope I’m wrong though
