where is the mod? Yeah with widespread deposit issues, keeping that information and allowing continued new deposits to be held in limbo is suspect. this contrasts similar delayed depo issue they had only 2 days ago, but had a thread for the issue being updated by mods. wonder why they chose to remain silent this time.

I know it’s kind of irrelevant but maybe not… but the entire bracket competition got deleted. I’m so glad I took screenshots of it all. Even if it was “free” and a “promotion” now it’s just gone?

Yup I’m having the same exact issue smh. Deposited BTC 45 minutes ago . Blockchain confirmed and still no deposit credited to my account. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional because you have no issues taking our money if we lose . Who knows how much potential profit I lost due to this delay . All my matches started and now I’m stuck not able to palace a wager. There should be some form of compensation for these ongoing inconveniences that this site causes . We are a paying customer and this is very unprofessional . Please credit my account as soon as possible . Thank you !!

I’m sure you don’t have any updates yet but please let me know when you do. I have two deposits one bitcoin and one litecoin that didn’t process for over 7 hours. Unfortunately the same thing happend to me Friday night so now I have lost the whole weekend I had planned to play while off work. Hope you can pass my frustrations along and Bovada does the right thing for a HOf’er with almost a decade of loyalty on here. When cs chat was down I was sure my funds were lost. Been up all night worried and watching updates.

Super odd that no one on any platform has been reachable, seems like they are locked out or some such… idk wild that no mods or CS agents, or any semblance of support is available.

Deposited 2 hours ago, the block says confirm and completed. Doesnt show on my account. Ive been tryng to reach customer service, no response, won’t respond on Twitter either.
