This is just a PR nightmare. They’re so bad at crisis management. Customers want honesty. Period. Whether good, bad or indifferent. Find a way to ease our minds and plan ahead. Everything is reactionary and they end up making matters worse. There’s a ton of customers in here with decades of loyalty, make sure they are communicated to and taken care of so that you retain their business. It’s really not a hard concept.

I haven’t been able to do any transactions or use the site because of this infinitely stuck withdrawal. This chows chilli ring.

I agree, and on top of that, it’s not just a small business where you buy chocolates for a few bucks or t shirts etc… we’re talking hundreds if not thousands of dollars daily that people pour into this. If anything this industry is where customer service should be top tier

Was desperastely hoping to wake up to a fix or funds. Dang…And no 9 am update either. I get it mods only know so much- but you have’t given any new/useful info in about 36 hours. And no 9 am update either. And we still don’t have an ETA even…just told to keep depositing though…:frowning: What a mess

Be careful. I got a code and entered it and it said it was the wrong code and locked/blocked me out of my account for 24 hrs.

@moderators it is a generic question, and a simple one to answer. Just asked if there is actually a birthday bonus we get, or is something some players get it and others don’t. What happened to the 9am update?

Yeah typical that we get punished as customers for site issues. Time and time again. My favorite one was when I was playing one of those rocket games in the casino where you have to press cash out before it crashes and the site glitched and I lost 11k. Was anything done for me? Nope, of course not.
