They will say MATCHPAY is a third party entity man even though we all know these guys are behind it.

i have over 36 hrs waiting on a bitcoin deposit sent by a friend… Almost caused a fight. No real good excuse here. Also signed up for another site yesterday hopefully more reliable.

We need to do something about all the scammers on matchpay that press “credits sent” and never send anything. It then takes HOURS to get it resolved and is so annoying they need to be banned from match pay.

Even worse, one time had someone charge back on PayPal and MATCHPAY needs PayPal to first resolve the issue but if you tell PayPal it’s from gambling winnings they shut your account down so you gotta wait the 90 days out before MATCHPAY resolved it and credits your account back the charged back money.

Yea thats terrible man. Its such an easy problem to fix too similar to this depossit issues. They can ban someone from matchpay after 2 scam attempts it is so simple. Unbelievable

I think it’s time for all of us to consider moving on. We can all sit here and complain and get absolutely nowhere. Money talks. They treat us like garbage over and over. The good days of Bovada are long gone. It is not the same site it was 5+ years ago. The tech issues occur at an alarming rate and then they gaslight us telling us there are no problems. It’s garbage behavior and it needs to end.

I have been with them for years and STILL have a sizeable pending transaction and not one person has reached out to me from the company to apologize or offer any sort of compensation for this. It is sad that this how they treat those who have been so loyal to them for so long.

@Bostoneric $100 says that in that personal message the word “deeply sorry” “right when we know something, we will let you know” is used.
