they had a similar but worse event happen resulting from a ddos attack in 2022, it extended way past just deposits too. players accounts were just zero balanced en masse and it took me like a week before they replaced my funds. i think we got $75 worth of 20x rollover points for that headache. so whatever “compensation” you think you’ve got coming to you, you don’t. They’re going to hand out something that’s insulting. facts.

Starting to think that customer service is just “offline” because they know they dont have answers for us. Not like customer service is of any help at all when theres other outages when they do have internal communication or tools working. This is for sure true. They are purposely keeping customer service offline because the sister site BVX is up and running CS with no issue while Bovada remains “under maintenance.” They are probably training reps on how to respond to the massive traffic they will receive once they do reopen chats and calls
We’re into day 3 now since it started Sunday night. No surprise if this is 5-7 days and some accounts will get $50, maybe $100 for higher utilization, but a fair amount will get zilch.
