Itâs so bizarre how a company with such a good reputation for so many things just doesnât get the most elementary levels of customer service.

I am honestly completely shocked that the @moderators have been so silent about this whole situation. Maybe I shouldnât be but I thought theyâd have been the calming voice in this community throughout this ordeal and they arenât here. I truly have appreciated all their hard work in the past. I kinda feel like Iâve been let down by a friend. JMHO.

I donât think they have any answers or any tools to do anything, so itâs probably meaningless for them to be logged in here answering the same question every 7 seconds. I get what you are saying though, they are usually a calming voice during a storm, but I just think it would be marching them out in from of an angry mob with 0 information.

Like i did hear Matty is a formal child star with credits like Barney and The George Lopez show. Without a job once he hit puberty he turned to selling crack to support himself. Later after an arrest a Bovada exec took pity on him and hired him as a mod after recognizing him living homeless in a box.
Another fun fact. The mods profile pic is based off Matty.
Paul is a formal Olympic curler for canada. But a broom accident left him with limited Thumb movement.

we are part of this community and yet get treated like a player that bets once a year during march madness
very dissappointing and should be leaving a sour taste in a lot of the members here in this community
