Any updates?

At Ignition Casino(one of the sister sites), the site loaded but I was not able to login an hour or 2 ago but I was just able to login. Looks like we are trending in the right direction and hopefully Bovada will be up and running at some point today.

Upon further review of my account, they added a $30 free bonus with a 1x rollover for the trouble. I was not expecting anything so I’m good with that.

So they are adding a $30 bonus to every one on there sister sites. Some one posted previously they go $30 in slots.lv

Do you think the communication and information provided from upper management adequate?

Ask 100 members and I would say 90% would say no…
We are going over 2 full days of just saying that it was an upgrade issue.
There is more to it and there has been no info sent stating the real reason.
That is not fair for a high rated sportsbook to do to members who have money and personal info stored on their site.

UPPER MANAGEMENT are not the ones fixing the IT issue. Their job is to communicate to what makes them a company THEIR CUSTOMERS.

SO don’t come in here and tell me what my opinion should be. I don’t care where you work or what you do. WE are talking about money and personal info that are at stake.

And don’t tell me what I would of missed out on or not missed out on in last 2 days. You have no clue. My questions and concerns are for the MODS and upper management NOT YOU.

The communication from bovada as a whole is BEYOND poor.
