Thanks for the update @moderators. While frustrating, the communication soon after it went down is appreciated. It’s better than not acknowledging the issue to us.
Bovada isn’t the only company having issues like this right now with the current tech situation so I’ll give them a pass as long as the communication remains open.

You people that are always angling for compensation are toxic.

This is why you should always have more than one out available.

Plan better for the next time something like this happens.

Conflicted on this tbh, I think Bovada’s gotta own up to this on some kind of level. Definitely fade me with the begging / whining we’ve seen in the community recently, can’t stand it, but sites been down literally all day and for some this is more than just a hobby. That being said I say let them decide what should be done, and if you got a problem with it the customer service chat is one click away.

For those that it’s more than a hobby, they would have multiple outs to get the best numbers if they are a professional. It’s completely within everyone’s power to have accounts at numerous books.

When the power goes out at your home do you whine and cry to the power company for a free bill or a credit? A lot of people get a generator and plan ahead for a worst case scenario. Same premise here. Shit happens sometimes and you’re not always going to get a handout because of it. Yes, it’s annoying but it is what it is.

Fact they upgraded or did a back end change tells me they screwed up. At thos point they prob having issues backing out changes this morning
