Do you have ANY UPDATE? you must know something. This was my only day off and was just sitting down to play…totally aggravated by this …AGAIN! please tell us, is this a few minutes, hours or days? You MUST know something

@AndrewHalweg I do understand your frustration. There are no updates at this time. Unfortunately, I do not have a estimated timeframe. However, the team is thoroughly working on having this resolved.

Cmon we want to play. Impossible without being able to deposit

This is so frustrating. At least issue some bonus points so we can at least have some type of temporary solution.

I know I read that on another comment. But you would definitely make Bovada show more considerate and show customer appreciation if we didn’t have to go through the whole process of that. We shouldn’t have to ask for it is what I’m saying. It’s one think if the problem was solved in a timely manner, or even if it was a different kind of problem. Because a problem with withdrawalsand deposits is a big problem. So be proactive about it would definitely show very good customer support instead of asking us to ask for it. Especially considering I would assume this would be an all hands on deck type of situation and that would create more work confusion, and would definitely prolong this issue. And I understand that that’s a big thing to ask but you could consider people’s levels for example and offer some compensation based on the players level and activity.

Everyone the last time around there was a community thread regarding this issue it took till Tuesday to fix. I think the thread ended with like 850 comments.

I’m only saying this because I really like playing on this platform. And I’ve never and I can understand what people are upset but the community needs to understand to that issues are going to arise every now and then and we shouldn’t be getting so upset. Nothing is perfect nor will it be. So patience and respect are important In situations like this.

Been trying to deposit all day. How much longer will this take this is ridiculous.

All this during the NBA playoffs too… Horrible time for this to happen. I hope they tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. Lol

The issues at this place are just laughable. This tho is most likely hacked or us govt related to hurt Bovada. The one thing Bovada wd never allow to go down us deposits oh and casino lol

Customer Support copies and pastes from scripts, so I am not sure I would consider them equipped to handle anything. You couldn’t even reach them for weeks not too long ago.

Sincere question - why have one thread that you point everyone to for “updates”, but for the past 15 years there has never been a single update by Bovada besides “it’s fixed” (typically it isn’t actually fixed) or “No update, No ETA, Sorry”. There is never an actual real update, it’s either a false alarm it’s fixed or your customers telling YOU when it’s fixed.
