They have no bonuses out the previous time it was down for hours. However they tell you that’s what the player level is for and how they decide you comp on unexpected outages

It’s not down it’s just backed up due to the number of contacts.
Just got it to work but it was like 30 minutes. Still no response though

It wasn’t working at all Mikey. Maybe it was due to backlog but you cohosh even get to the screen where you could try to get on hold. Just so you know
