When i click on a live line it’s giving me a system error has occurred in the bet slip. Anyone else having issues with the live betting lines?
The live lines are there, i just can’t bet on them.

Im experience the same issue. Every time that I want to put a bet, it shows a error message. So far, to be able to put a bet, I need to delete cookies, for every single bet.

Please confirm which line you were trying to bet on ?
Brooke, As I said on my post, I already deleted cache, cookies bla bla etc etc, incognite mode, using differents browers as Safari, Chrome and even Explorer.
I used different devices as pc, laptops, smartphones, and if would be able, i would use smartmach.
Can you confirm which game you attempt to bet on when you get that error?
This is on sport, more specifically on soccer. But is not a single line. Is ALL the lines.
To bet in a single line, I need to delete cache for every single line.

This is actually how my whole login issue came about yesterday, i got the same error over and over, couldn’t get lines on my bet slip, tried clearing cookies and cache (AGAIN) and couldn’t get back in for a while. Incognito works once every couple hrs for me. Mods what should i do? Reached out to hosts but the wont respond, try again?

What’s almost certainly happening
- The backend is returning “empty” or partial responses
At some point the site’s API responds with:
[] (empty list)
or a payload missing that section
The frontend interprets that as:
“This section no longer exists”
So it unmounts the entire component.
When you refresh:
sometimes you hit a good server → section appears
sometimes you hit a bad/lagging node → section still missing
That’s why it can take multiple refreshes. - Load-balanced servers out of sync
Very common on betting platforms.
Example:
Server A → has the section
Server B → doesn’t (cache not updated, feed lagged)
Refresh = roulette between servers
This exactly matches:
entire section gone
cross-device
cross-browser
intermittent
refresh fixes it
