Yes there’s definitely a problem with connection to the site when WiFi or mobile data has to constantly be switched back and forth. I wagered 300k yesterday and had to clear cache and cookies and all that bs about 20 different times yesterday and the problem has been ongoing for 5 days now. But don’t worry guys, the site is running just fine for them and it’s just isolated to you! Lol

What @Brooke_Bovada meant to say is that the overall sports section is not affected and the issue is limited specifically to live betting. We also understand that contacting customer support can sometimes be frustrating but we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time. Still unable to login unless i open a new incognito tab and every time i leave the site ( or the page refreshes ) im kicked out of the site and have to open a brand new incognito tab

Even after opening the new tab I’m greeted with lines that are 12-24 hrs old. And i can’t refresh the page to get new lines or I’m kicked out of the site and have to start over with a new tab

On the 1 out of 20 shot that i both manage to open a new incognito tab AND get actual fresh lines im unable to click on any individual game to get an alt line or net a half/ quarter bet because as soon as i back out of that game the page refreshes and im locked off the site altogether

This leaves my only option for placing any wager to be
A. Open a new incognito tab
B. Do A 15 more times until you get actual fresh lines
C. Only bet full games that aren’t live and that are available on the main page ( meaning you can’t even select a league or sport lest you be kicked out )
D. Hope and pray that the 8 or 9 lines you can see for every offered sport on the site doesn’t change while the bet is processing because if it does the page will refresh and you’ll need to start all over
On a very real tip it takes at a minimum 30 minutes to even get a bet on and that bet isn’t the bet you want to make. It’s the one you’re being forced to make because you can’t access the lines you wanted or you’ll get kicked out of the site
It was bad enough when you had to refresh the page 10 times to get an actual live line. Note you can’t even do that or you’ll get kicked off the site
And no i can’t provide you screenshots BECAUSE i have to have 32 incognito tabs open to even attempt to get a bet on and you can’t take screenshot in incognito
Fix this shit.
There are literally tens of thousands of posts about it on social media on every available platform. No one wants to hear that “there’s no issues” .

How is a non-functioning live sports betting scenario, not impactful? I promise you, that it is. You can read these posts, right? It’s not impactful to what? Bovada’s bottom line? Maybe that part is more true, but also pretty rage-inducing, if that’s the only thing that affects you guys actually wanting to fix it. Like you can see the impact, you know it’s impactful.
If you offer live betting, as you do, and it’s not working, or working poorly, that seems like a signficant/impactful thing for a sports betting website…?

I actually think they do it on purpose to frustrate you into losing and depositing more. I mean if every single website in the entire world works perfectly on your phone but not bovada .we all like using Bovada but when its like this… not even fun. No need to deposit because you cant even play

Yep agree with what everyone else is saying. Should be comped for every single day I’ve had to deal with this crap because it’s not right. Funny thing is that comp comes with a rollover so not like it matters much anyways. I need to use this as an excuse to leave because it’s unacceptable. I complained yesterday to CS and was told that I haven’t even mentioned this to my host when I’ve clearly brought it to her attention multiple times and also supposedly had a ticket created 3 days prior that I was supposed to hear something back at most 48 hours later so yeah it’s became quite the joke lately.
Was working all morning and now site is dead again 
Site is horrible currently… same issues as everyone else. About a month now of the same issues
