Agreedā¦ I literally just screenshoted the games being up and going to the top of the page? I donāt understand why the sports team would think itās ok and working? Maybe thatās the problem and itās becoming clear how disconnected from the reality of the actual situation the āsports teamā is. Iām not even trying to be mean to anyone, but to just dismiss us all as lying because the sports team told you so, I have literally and pretty sadly in all honesty used this site almost everyday for 12 years, and I guess Iām just too inept to understand whatās going on. Maybe the
sports teams will show us how they get it to work right and Iād love to learn. Thatās why itās not even worth it to speak up, because itās an afterthought. Hope you get it working man, Iām done trying to explain to them. I just want a stable experience like I had in the last decade plus, not the experience of the last year. Good luck and stay blessed.

Itās literally an issue every single week. The āsports teamā says everything is good yet all of us are having problems. I have cleared my cache and cookies and im still having the same issues. Games that are over are showing on the live betting feeds. The live scores arenāt updating. Sometimes theyāre having the scores wrong as opposed to the actual score of the game. Shit is wild, and we are just supposed to take it. I spend entirely too much money on this damn site for this level of fckery.

man itās been like that over weeks what going on man ?? Are you guys gonna fix it??? We complain over and over again itās the mobile issue not the computer ? Iāve told yall many times alreadyā¦ log in a customer account and you will see it ā¦ we run through all the trouble shoots already still same
Now it shows up and itās working a little better but it disappears when I refresh
This has already been escalated however this has to be something we can see on our end as well. Since itās an inconsistent issue we canāt pin point the error you are having.

Tell the sports team or IT to log into a customer account using a phone and you will see the issue

Iām honestly purely baffled how not a single Bovada employee has been able to see what so many end users have seen for hours at a time for nearly 2 weeks now. That is mind blowing.

Has anyone attempted to troubleshoot from their personal devices, not logged into any work network software?
We have been able to witness this issue then when we go back to link it shows the correct lines. The issue here is that this problem is inconsistent with being able to have it recorded.
I just recorded a video of clicking on live lines, then clicking More Bets and it spins and then loads the pre-game wagers and when you click on them, it wonāt add them to the Bet Slip because they arenāt valid lines. I have the recording on my phone from 5 minutes ago.
I have a recording on my laptop from yesterday of the live lines displaying for less than a second and then just disappearing.
Let me know when / where to send them.

It definitely gets worse throughout the day and assists to reset each day as more games occur
Not sure why that would be but itās been that way for 9 days now
