I’ve never seen a company this poorly run in my life. We all need another option for offshore gaming. Bovada is trash now. Big players left months ago can tell in community. Where did they go I want in.
The overall (continued) lag across the entire site just makes it tough to navigate and bet the way you should be able to, which should be fairly quick and seamlessly. Instead it’s still constant refreshing, closing out and reopening, hoping you can get the bet you want in. It continues to lead to missed betting opportunities, it is happening to me over and over,
It’s just this site, it’s not happening with any other site I use, I can’t clear cache/cookies more than I am, nor should I really have to be expected to do something like that to enjoy a website, one which I am actually giving money to.
On the bright side, the finished games popping up is happening a little less, still happening though. Games will just disappear too and be replaced by the finished games, just when you’re about to select a bet, so frustrating. You can’t really take a screenshot of games disappearing for no reason. To clarify, it’s not Bovada taking them down, they’re just disappearing from the view so you then have to refresh and hope they show back up or search for it individually. Really fun.

Players should not have to use troubleshooting steps.
Not necessary on functioning sportsbooks.
Trying to play and still seeing yesterday’s games. STILL SEEING YESTERDAYS GAMES!
At this point is our own fault for knowing how this site is and continuing to play here while it’s like this. Almost as mad at myself as I am the site.

Can you at least inform us what could be the root cause and what effort IT team is putting to make this better? Your response does not help. Its been months after months
If we knew the root cause, I’m sure it would have been fixed by now. There are no updates yet on what’s causing the issues everyone’s encountering. Right now, we’re collecting all the necessary information and escalating it. In the meantime, we suggest going through the troubleshooting steps again before you start selecting and placing your bets.
You can see when I started this thread. It hasn’t been months…it’s been over a year easily. And, no exaggeration, it’s the exact same stuff that’s happening then and now. So that’s why what you guys say cannot be true and is hard to believe, mods. How can this root cause be so mysterious after this long and the exact same issues consistently? It’s almost impossible to believe what you say tbh.
We understand that it can be frustrating the time that is has taken to have this resolved but trust me, us moderators would like to have this resolved as much as you do.
Notice the time today. It was 4:03pm central time and the games I was being shown were presented as if they had not started when in reality they had started including one that started almost 2 hours prior.

Trying to wager on tennis and sure enough the only things that populate after refreshing the page multiple times are matches that were completed presenting as if they haven’t completed.
