I really dont understand how this is still occurring 10 days later
Even if you can’t replicate it from your interior access at Bovada o would think the fact teams of thousands of your players having the issue (judging by social media ) would tell you you need to look at it a different way
At this point it appears to solely be utter apathy

still happening- please keep thread alive. @moderators we establish the same facts here daily. It’s random, inconsistent, and seems to not occur on the moderator/employee screens. Ok- so that’s established. We still need you guys to actually fix this problem, or put it through to people that can actually fix this in the long term/big picture. Going through this same thing daily, I’m sorry, it’s so stupid it’s almost like a prank. If this isn’t solved fully- you will lose lots of customers. It’s not a threat, it’s just a fact, why would anyone want to deal with clearing their cache or history daily just to see a normal live betting page with the correct up to date selections anyway? Or choose a different browser. No, it’s Bovada everytime.

This is really disrupting the live betting experience. I’m surprised they haven’t fixed this yet.

I don’t think they are taking these issues seriously if they have the CS’s would have accepted the issues instead they pretend that everything is good even the moderators are saying everything is good on their end.

We have escalated this and the Sports Team, stated that the are unable to find the issues.
So the players complaining here are lying according to them.
It’s based on their diagnostic, this not to say you experience is invalid as the video clips you guys were also reviewed as well.
Do you/they not consider this to be a very serious issue then if they can’t detect it yet many customers still have the same inconvenience? It seems like it would be even more of a priority in this case to fix it because it’s so elusive. But no, it doesn’t seem like a priority in any sense. Many of your regular customers are experiencing frustration with accessing your site in a normal fashion daily…This is just a fact. If that doesn’t bother you, then I’m not sure what would bother you.
@Jose91 @Mattyice51212 I started this over a week ago so I think they’re concentrating the similar issues here…wish there was better news but it’s a lot of rinse/repeat

Lines work for like 1c second then dissapear and the only thing that shows is games that finished over an hour ago
