No, I’m referring to even above that where it says “Bet Slip” That usually has two tabs, “Bet slip/Open Bets”
And you just click open bets to see any bets you already made that are open, it’s very easy and useful. Then a cashout is avail just if it’s usually available for bets. Or it will say cashout unavailable. Or it will just say “no pending transactions” Theres no way to look at pending bets right now on that main tab, like it usually does.

Why did they made it so complicated with the new layout ? Everything was easy to navigate and now you have to select multiple tabs to get to where you want and see what you want … the new layout is bad in my opinion … and it causes issues throughout the site

Thank you. To see any transaction, at the moment, you have to go to the all transactions page and honestly, the new layout even for that isn’t great. This only happened in the last couple hours, so not sure- thank you for checking.
Ya, that change happened to me as well just in the last couple of hours. Super annoying lol.

Also there is a “My Bets” tab at the top left of “Live” tab under sports.
Ok- honestly that’s the answer, and I appreciate it- what I don’t appreciate, though, is making that very big change without any announcement. It was a big change to the basic layout for all sports betting. I get you added same game parlays, and that’s a nice improvement, but not anouncing this basic change is frustrating- making us contact you guys to ask a question about the basic functionality of the site.

If were still sending these. Im consistently getting old lines on soccer page…last 24 hrs its been this spain game from days ago poppingup first for a few seconds, then pops up these Egyptian games from days ago, then nothing…refresh and repeat. Before that it was some orher stale games for days, it cycles through. Ive been constantly clearing cookies and cache. Also same with incognito.

In case this wasn’t clear or maybe we lost sight of this over the last yr+, ideally we go back to the format where you show the actual live games that we can bet on at the moment, being able to scroll down a page and see exactly what games are LIVE right then would be great, and it doesn’t seem like a ton to ask for. You used to do it. It happens once out of 250 attempts here now. That one time I can scroll through and bet easily is so nice, can you please get back to that? Like it was 2 yrs ago?

The same issues have been posted here since Nov 2024. It is very clear this is not an issue to the higher up’s and posting screenshots here will not resolve anything

Also I the live lines keep disappearing for college shows up for one sec then. Gone
Am I the only one having issues with the live games not showing up constantly? Especially the ones that one plays frequently? Is that on purpose or just a shitty website experience again?

@vibs0138 you aren’t the only one, we have an entire thread dedicated to that, its only a year old, come join us there, we need more support, im pretty sure bovada doesnt believe us…
new layout makes everything impossible. live sports is a mess. logins are a mess. cashouts are a mess. who planned this update
