They are there right now, thanks. But they weren’t there for 25 minutes. That’s still a problem that we all want you guys to help get worked out. We all remember when live betting worked properly. It’s not ok to go backwards like this, and for this long.

Buenos Aires live betting down. Only one match is shown, has been greyed out for 30 minutes. The Mladenovic match started, not offered. A lot of the lines have been taken down for upcoming matches.

It’s all a mess. Very frustrating.
Champions League games aren’t showing up. Live betting hasn’t been working for more than a week and am unable to bet on live games. Please fix this issue

Lines are frozen and the scoreboard is buggy
For clarity purposes, has the team that was asked to look at this (sports, IT, whoever) given up because they cant see what we’re seeing? Or are they still trying to identify what could be causing this to occur on what seems like every players screens, just not thiers, at this time?
Sorry if i missed this being asked yet, obviously there is a lot going on in this thread, and the others that were about the same thing…
It’s hilarious that you guys just post the scoreboard of what you guys see. Obviously us 300 plus users seeing the other side of the problem

Mikey, we went through this as you can go up the thread, I’ve use Firefox safari google chrome every single browser does the same thing. I see the same old lines keep popping up until I refresh to see the real ones… we all repeatly complain multiple times man ?? Can you just get it fix already???

We are 11 days into this
Every single player here has
A. Cleared cache and history multiple times
B. Used incognito
C. Tried a different browser
D. Tried a different device ( if available )
There’s no need to ask us any more to try those things
If any of them worked we wouldn’t be here every single day for 11 days asking for this to be fixed
We know you’re just doing your job but it comes off as condescending and dismissive ( as does poating screenshots of it working on your end. We all know you guys can bet on games. We can’t. That’s what we care about )
If this was isolated to a few players then it would be what it is but this is not isolated. There are literally thousands of posts across social media saying the same thing
All we are asking is for it to be fixed and for the proper people to be working on fixing it until they can figure it out

I tried the following browsers, on iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows, with cache and with clearing cache, with and without cookies, in both incognito and regular mode:
Stale lines still show on each and every one of those:

We should all receive $500 free play bonus due to us betting thousands of dollars on a weekly basis but being unable to get free play in situations like this where we are missing out on money

Do any of you guys recommend any alternative books? It’s just too difficult to deal with this on a daily basis. I miss bets I want, end up forcing other plays just because they’re available. Bovada is no longer the site is used to be.
It’s embarrassing for bovada that they can’t see what Players see. This place has fallen apart fast. It’s comical we are all telling them and they can’t see the issue? Then mods are quick to get defensive versus actually listening and solving issue. It’s been weeks now. Heck I’ve places bets on games that were over hours before and I had no clue. They let me cash out of bet for full refund so they know about the issue. They just like everything don’t know how to fix anything. I’ve moved most of my business away from bovada for this and the staff reductions that have lead to 40 min wait times on phone. Place is done

lol! You think we are getting compensated for this? On this site? We will be lucky if we get $50. Reading this almost 2 week old thread, it’s clearly our fault not Bovadas. Did you see above? They have screenshots that it’s working…
It sure does seem ironically convenient for BOVADA to have live odds issues when the cash out benefits the player. My last wager with BOVADA was placed today after playing here for 12+ years
