How about that team that’s working on a fix also puts up a banner on the website about it until fixed. I mean I’m sure we’re all aware of the issues by now but just to prove that Bovada indeed acknowledged it. Thanks

Honestly, I have remained patient throughout the duration of this so far (and still am), but there hasn’t been any updates on any sort of progress here regarding these issues? They’re “constantly being reviewed” by the Dev team, yet we’re still seeing the same thing from a month or so ago? This is very concerning and I don’t understand it at all. If an IT or Dev team is really dedicating time to fix ANY sort of an issue, one would hope it would have some sort of an update, if not a complete fix, by now. It just comes off like they don’t care enough right now OR maybe they aren’t good enough at their jobs to handle it. Sorry to put it that way but I’m not sure how else to put it.
Is there anything else we can do to get some progression here? More screenshots? I have to believe what was already provided would be enough if handed to the right team.

And I’ll just quickly add this before it’s posted again by mods, I saw that they “couldn’t recreate the issue on their end,” they do still need to figure it out if their customers are all experiencing it, the main goal should be to create a good experience for their customers…that is all.

I am trying to make live parlet but only show a flash of d actually games an then goes back to past games. You mod knows this.no compensation for d inconvenience?

dev team for this site sucks. presentation of stale content on dynamic websites is a common issue that can be easily resolved by properly maintaining, updating, and monitoring the cache system.

They aren’t going to fix the issue. I can only imagine what them not fixing this is costing bettors. It truly makes no sense to correct it for them. When I click lines the line may show -120 for a bet but when you actually see it it’s like -1200. They’re making a killing on these lines lol. This is unregulated gambling for a large majority of us. We can’t sue them. Unless we all leave in a mass exodus they have no reason to fix the issue.

Legalizing in the states has surely already caused a mass exodus. Which caused the reduction in cash back, pointsback, etc. Probably let go of dev staff or found a cheaper outsourced firm. Leading to more customers leaving. It’s a death spiral if they don’t invest in keeping customers, which they’ve clearly made business decision not to do.
They lucked out with the continued rise in crypto, would probably be out of business otherwise.
