Why am I seeing lines like this? Are all the live wagering and even some regular wagering issues still happening? I cleared cache and did all the steps everyone always says.
This just seems crazy to me I’ve basically had to wager on other things because I couldn’t get this to work properly.
Live betting has been down for months. Sometimes you have to go to private mode to access it. I can’t even access community without it being on private mode…and yes I’ve cleared my cache.
So ridiculous, the games literally say Final on them, but all showing the lines as active. For months. Any reasonable reason the Mods wouldn’t be seeing this same thing have been suggested.
As I sit here for the past hour clicking reload on the site 20-25 times a minute, waiting on my wagers that have finished competition over an hour ago to be graded, I started wondering how much incompetence in one area starts to cause a snowball effect of issues in other areas due to increased site traffic and clicking.
Seems better now to click on each individual league/sport for more desired results. Or for building a cross sport live parlay for example.
Earlier the futbol lines were live and great. Soccer goals were way down this weekend 
empty netters in hockey world 
wide are way down like almost 50% id say. ( has to be gambling related) 
It’s definitely not better. I just spent that last 15 minutes hitting refresh so i could scroll to click on Premier League u21 before it disappeared again. Finally got my bet in but the live scores continue to show stale lines and current lines repeatedly disappear.
Really begging you guys to press whatever team is working on it, if that’s actually a fact @Mikey. It’s almost impossible to believe that’s a fact though. You guys said they have been working for weeks. It’s not that complicated man, it’s just very basic IT work that a big company should be able to fix relatively quickly. You have a thread here with a Thousand posts saying the same thing and how unhappy we all are. I’m sorry but at this point, you guys are directly just kind of disrespecting your customer base and figuratively slapping us in the face.
I actually like it this way. Makes me think more clearly instead of just firing hastily

This is the bs we’re all complaining about. Stop pretending the issue doesn’t exist for a large number of your customers. It’s laughable at this point.

No one cares what the mods see on their end. Unless they’re placing bets for us its irrelevant
Like if the mods got their checks from Bovada and the check was supposed to be for 2k but it was for 200 instead and they went to HR and said " hey my check was only for 200 not 2000" and they literally showed them the check but HR hit some buttons on their computer and said “well gee my screen here is showing you got paid 2000” and then showed them a screen saying they got 2k would the mods be like " well shoot i guess there’s nothing i can do since that there computer screen says i got 2k"??

We do not care what you see on your end guys. Sorry but that means squat. There are hundreds of screenshots, videos, comments from tons of your players all telling you the same thing
We are 33 days into this and it’s worse not better.
And there’s a zero percent chance this is actively being looked into or it would be fixed IF the site wanted it fixed. So theyre either not looking into it or this is how they want it to be
I feel like it’s pretty alarming that a site as big as bovada can’t figure out how to fix a problem in over a month. That’s incredibly long to have no improvement or progress with this issue.
Also, having customer service say there is no issue is somewhat insulting based on the fact that this is seemingly a pretty widespread issue.
This past weekend I couldn’t wager on anything I actually wanted because all of the lines were wonky so I ended up just taking whatever was available which I realize was my choice, but when I deposit somewhere to play, I expect things to be available and if things aren’t working properly, then at least keep the banner up to show that things aren’t working properly and give people the option to decide if they want to play here and deal with the issues or play elsewhere where another site may be functioning correctly.
It’s absolutely horrendous at this point … over 1 month and half can’t figure out the problem … making it worse for the players and us… all they do is show their screen shots and say yeah it’s ok? Come on now!
Just backing these statements up here and maybe we need to be doing this daily, bovada doesnt seem to be taking this seriously. I’m incredibly frustrated with this ongoing site functionality issues with live betting. No one is looking at the consistently and not fixing it. We need a better update, whats been provided is not enough 33 days in, it is insulting at this point.
Again, maybe IT is just really bad at their jobs, its the only reason this isnt resolved after a month IF its been looked at as much as mods have told us.
I think we need to keep pushing about this daily until resolved OR we get some actual updates.
