Still experiencing same issues as we all have reported over 800 times here. Lines are stale/locked and the games showing ended hours ago. Live games aren’t even accessible.
Why is customer service saying there are no reports of live wagering issues? I thought we established that everyone was in the know about this.
CS only aid to an issue when it’s reported by people who work at Bovada
Like if the tech team says " the site is down" then they’ll know
In this instance the tech team “hasn’t been able to replicate the issue” hence had not reported it to CS
At this point they’ll legit never ever admit its been ongoing because that could equate to remuneration for the players and after 43 days that’s not an option
My best guess is they know it’s occurring and are trying to fix it but can’t or they simply don’t care that its occurring
But CS only knows what’s reported to them by the site itself. We could all tell CS the same exact story 1k tones m times but until Bovada owns up to it CS won’t know what’s happening
I had figured since @Rhyz_Bovada said this a couple days ago that I could safely assume everyone knew what was going on. This way when I ask CS for any updates they don’t tell me that there is no issues and everything is fine and then cut me off. I just enjoy live betting some games as I’m watching them and it’s been borderline impossible. I know everyone is different so for some people it’s not a big deal but it’s the majority of what I do so it’s truthfully affecting my play a lot.

We’ve been patient here… at least provide some details or some holdover compensation until this is completed. I’ve stopped playing here because of how awful the site is and the even worse Customer Service provided because of bovadas failed communications both internally and with your clients. It’s time you guys start actually trying to make this right and stop dismissing your clients. @Rhyz_Bovada this thread has almost 900 posts with pictures and detailed descriptions going back more than 6 weeks. It’s absurd that the info we just sent in this week is helpful, and none of that was. Are you just telling us the @moderators before you hopped in were ignoring us and not passing all of our info along?
When will this get fixed @moderators. We deserve an answer better than the ones your are giving at this point.

lol. This is what CS told me this morning. It’s barely English, but @moderators do you have any idea what she means? And can you also please respond to my message above? Thank you guys so much for putting up with all of us and helping get this resolved!
My sources, which are very good. I’ve told me this is all been by design as it’s a way to force the customers into the much more profitable for them casino, and away from sports where you truly have a chance to win. What else would explain the lack of communication in the inability to fix a problem that’s been going on for over a month now but live lines don’t work. They make it so frustrating that you just don’t bother betting what does that mean you do you go straight to the casino Where their profit margins are significantly higher it is an attempt most likely to make more money before the inevitable closure due to so many United States forcing Bovada to shut down. This Is the most logical explanation. My own host isn’t even aware if this issue. They just tell you about the new casino games. Trust me if there was an issue with their casinos it would’ve been addressed. It’s not being addressed cause it’s live betting on sports which is the only area of their business they can lose money.

Cease and desist letters mean nothing and states have 0 authority. You are not correct at all.

Bovada had to shut down in several states so yeah can’t use them in those states cuz Bovada complied and doesn’t have accts in those states
