@Maddie_Bovada Why did you say it then? And also, how is this type of treatment acceptable. It has happened multiple times now.

@Maddie here is another example… multiple chat agents lying. Or the site issue you just acknowledged didn’t happen (which by reading this thread, it clearly did)

@moderators you guys need to do a maintenance asap for live betting. I am only seeing games that have been done for 8 hours. This has been going on for 4 days now, its 2024 this should be a simple fix

You are conflating the idea of the site not working and the live lines issue that you guys have reported. We have escalate the issue with the live lines and the team checked on their end without being able to confirm this issue.

Whenever there is a confirmed issue it is escalated so it can get resolved as necessary. As for the live line issue we have already done and will continue to do what we can which is to report any replicable issue.

Additionally this reply indicates that the site crashed unrelated to the live lines issue that is being heavily discussed here. Is that true? If so, how can we as players possibly trust this site. You can’t acknowledge that we are actually having issues AND you have another unrelated and documented site failure?

I sent the screenshot of the complaints that you guys are reporting to the Sports Team and was advise that they are unable to detect any issues on their end.

Additionally, you are confirming the confirmed site crash that happened last night was in addition to the live lines issue all of your users here are experiencing and not related?

The site being down last night is not the issue with the live lines.

@Mikey got it. So now we have two major issues? A site crash and the live lines. Got it. Any clue what caused the site crash? You guys store our money on this site… I think it’s reasonable to understand what caused the site to crash!

And can you please elaborate on my question about what @Brooke_Bovada was talking about that your team was able to replicate?

I really appreciate your help here. While it’s possibly going to cause me to leave bovada because of the extensiveness and repetitive nature of technology issues, I really appreciate someone actually answering my questions! Because the support/chat never does!

@Mikey sorry if I indicated my funds were stolen. Im not sure where you got that to be honest, but I do apologize if that’s how it came off. I’m just looking for clarification as to which issues are confirmed and which ones are not. Because I’m getting very conflicting answers from you guys here on the community and the support team on chat.

I interpret @Brooke_Bovada’s message to say that the live lines issue was replicated and being looked into, but then you said that it wasn’t, that was a completely separate crash. You guys hold our money, so a crash is scary and makes me not want to deposit/keep money on the site.

The live lines thing is something that in the past would be looked into and we would be compensated for. Clearly, that isn’t happening this time. I’ve been told as much over and over, but that doesn’t mean I’m not being lied to repeatedly by someone because the stories from each team member is different. I’m simply trying to understand the truth to know whether or not this site is safe to deposit to anymore. And based off all this it seems like the answer is no.

There are 2 separate issues at play here

  1. The site crashed last night and was down for 3ish hrs. Numerous people were compensated for this issue ( myself included ) while others ( for whatever reason ) were not

I absolutely hate when this occurs. The site being out impacts everyone who uses it consistently. If youre goung to offer comp then that’s awesome but it needs to be offered to everyone.

There’s no reason that players should be held hostage solely based on how informed the CS agent they’re talking to is or what kind of mood they’re in

The second issue is the live lines

I’m kind of at a loss on this one as this has been occurring for 5 days now. I fully believe that the site tech people aren’t seeing it when they are trying to find it. I see no upside in spending 5 days pretending it’s not happening when it is

That said it is still occurring whether they can see it or not aa evidence by the hundreds of screenshots and thousands of social media comments about it over the past 5 days.

I don’t know what the resolution to this is if the site cant see it happening but i do know players are upset about it and that not everyone is going to believe the site can’t see it occurring

I think we are past the point of telling the players to troubleshoot. We’ve all done that. It doesn’t work

So we just need clarity on how to move forward

If the response is " we can’t see it so we can’t fix it so you’re just going to need to deal with it" then just say that. Oitwon’t be great to hear but at least it’s better than implying there’s something the players are or a aren’t doing that is causing it to happen

Apologies for the typo in my earlier response. What I meant to say was that the team wasn’t able to replicate the issue initially with the live lines, meaning that when I checked with them, they didn’t see any problems on their end. However, shortly after the site was down, and a ticket has since been opened for the temporary site issue.

Understood @Brooke_Bovada :slight_smile: thanks! Now can you explain why I’m being penalized and not compensated the same way other players are for technical issues? I was clearly active in my account yesterday WANTING to play, because I messaged with chat multiple times. But now the chat rep is saying I can’t be compensated the same way others were because I didn’t actually wager yesterday? I didn’t wager yesterday because there were tech issues I could observe… but for some reason the chat team yesterday (multiple agents) wouldn’t give me compensation but they did give to others… I’ve wagered every other day this week and specifically did not yesterday because the site wasn’t working for me… and I wrote into chat about it.

@Brooke_Bovada let me know if this is better as a personal chat. I realize at this point, it is a one off situation, but I imagine there are many others in the same boat as me. I even understand if it was based on who logged in yesterday, but I specifically didn’t wager because of tech issues… and now I’m being penalized for it. And I can prove I was active and wanting to play, but apprehensive about the tech issues that CLEARLY happened.

If the team does not find any relevant activity linked to the site issue during the affected time, it’s possible that compensation might not be granted. Unfortunately, as moderators, we do not have the ability to override these decisions.

@Brooke_Bovada this is so wrong… I’ve been trying for hours to talk to someone who can help me. And you are just saying in out of luck? Is there anyone anywhere I can discuss this with who actually has the power to do anything? Can any of the other @moderators try to help? I mean I’m totally at a loss here and feeling entirely mistreated.
