Please feel free to keep us posted and, if possible, share a screenshot at the moment it’s happening, that would help us greatly in identifying and resolving the issue faster.

Why does customer service refuse to acknowledge there is an issue with the live betting currently? They just keep telling me “it’s already been fixed.”

Not all issues are the same, and there was a recent issue a couple of days ago that has already been resolved, that might be what Customer Service was referring to.

However, the error message reported by Rmilia1 appears to be new and different from the previous one. That’s why we’re currently asking players to share screenshots and describe the issue as it’s happening, so our team can investigate it in real time and identify any ongoing problems.

Pretty sure this is all still the same issue… unless another player wants to correct me on that

The issue is still ongoing, and our team is actively looking into it. It may cause the error you’re seeing, but usually, wagers can be placed after 1–2 minutes.

If you’re still unable to place bets after that, please send us a PM with details so we can investigate further.

That option of just waiting is not really a solution. If we’re trying to make live wagers, then the wager we wanted to make is no longer available after 1-2 minutes

I completely understand, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, especially with live wagers where timing is everything.

This is just a temporary issue, and our team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. For now, waiting a couple of minutes can help in some cases, but we know that’s not an ideal solution for live betting.

There has been issues with live betting for literally MONTHS if they can’t have a stable platform then take down all live bets until it can be fixed and fully beta tested. You should never release anything live to production that works sometimes but other times you need to leave the site and come back or clear your cache and use incognito mode. It’s embarrassing for Bovada.

It’s been happening since last Sunday … we did all the steps now you can’t even select a live game

Right now you can’t even select 3rd quarter wnba Indiana fever … goes straight blank absolutely dumpster fire … nothing is fixed it’s just like last year when we all complain and nothing was done until almost beginning of the year. You guys need to do a major update on the live lines because this ain’t working out … you can’t even select a line takes forever and have to refresh multiple times

The team is still actively working on the issue. As mentioned earlier, they’ve noted that wagers should go through after 1–2 minutes, but we understand that’s not ideal and really appreciate your patience while they work on a full fix.

There is an issue with cricket live betting; all other sports are working fine. The issue was reported an hour ago, but there has been no response yet
