Hey buddy- I just want to put a cap on this topic I created i don’t even know a year ago, more , less? Idk tbh, but I do know that it’s the same status for the most part on many days as the day I created this, that long ago. I know ya’ll are just trying to help for the most part with your suggesstions, and all the weird settings stuff on our browser settings. Here’s my thoughts, a year later…probably the same thoughts I’ve expressed 20-30 times. When you guys are telling this many people, this often, the same things about your live betting issues…does it not occur to you guys that the issue is just simply your site, or whoever is working on your site? Like other sites don’t have the same issues crop up 1/2/3 X a week.month, literally the same issues for the same users, with almost no improvement. I realize you guys aren’t losing too many customers overall I guess I don’t know really, I don’t know how this could still be the same issue as well over a year ago. But I know you have dissastisfied customer daily, and I know you guys don’t really care about it too much. Otherwise it would have been fixed. I really hope it ends up costing you in the long run, bc otherwise it just won’t be improved. And there’s no other reason you will actually try to improve. The drop in quality is evident to anyone with eyes and a functioning brain. You guys just know certain people have limited options, and it’s obvious at the little/zero effort to actually fix an issue for well over a year

Sorry, but from our end there isn’t anything else we can do. We add the reports and the team reviews them. Lately there have been more reports, probably because more players are on the site, especially on weekends, so things can take longer. Apart from us tagging these to tickets, the only step on your side is the usual troubleshooting like clearing cache.

Same issues still getting worse by the day, games that ended yesterday and the dsy before keep reappearing and you need you can try refreshing multiple times to see actual live games under soccer section. Should we keep posting here daily? More frequently than that? Whats going to actually get this looked into is my question? I can try to post screenshots throughout the day if it’d help.

Right now it seems like these get added to the ticket and we move on. Its the same issue the team fixed (temporarily) before (after months of the issue being present). Im concerned were headed for this sort of situation.

Ive cleared cookies and cache, its on your end (again). Took this about 15 mins ago, those games were yesterday, its the same issue everytime now.

Thanks @Paul_Bovada , honestly if you have any ideas on what we can do to help get the right team to get to the root of this issue let us know, it’s so frustrating live betting like this, I really hoped we were done with this after that last 6 month period or whatever it was.

I wish I could suggest something, this does seem very intermittent and not effecting all players, so I guess it’s tricky to pinpoint a problem. I’ve personally tried it several times when a player has commented, but I can’t seem to replicate the issue at all :thinking:

repepititve and daily. For well over a year. Same stuff. Its crazy the team has no clue how to solve this long term after this long. Hard to imagine its not purposeful to some extent at many times. How can there be any other explanation. Same issue for this long? yeah…

All of my scores are gone for my live wagering. It just shows some lines but not scores for all sports.

This is probably the worst it’s been since last November when it started

Its every time you log in now and even refreshing v only works like 1 out of 10 times
