It appears the new standard protocol is to not put up a banner when there’s site wide issues so the site can plausible deny that the issue was widespread and instead " only impacting a few, players"

This is like the 3rd straight time there’s been issues with no banner put up regarding it

The only reasonable c explanation to do that is because you don’t want to compensate for the issuess

It’s honestly a pretty dumb way to go since people have access to social media where tgey can see thousands of people’s having the same issues so pretending it’s just specific or limited just upsets people more. Plus that’s not how technology really works lol

@Brooke_Bovada let your website agents know there are players reporting the issues. I don’t know why they are lying to all of us. Thinking we are stupid.

CS just told me no one has reported issues today, site working like new…But my cookies and cache are the issue

Thank you for the information you provided. Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate this issue on our end. Could you please clear your browser history, cache, and site data for all time under both the Basic and Advanced settings, and then reload the page using Google Chrome?

If the issue persists, I will need to submit a ticket. We’ll also need to send a question to each affected user via PM so that you can reply, and then we can submit the ticket.

It’s happened to me I think over 4 different days in last 2 weeks and every time they tell me I’m only person to report it and I call BS there reading all the comments about it and also when I have friends that I know report it. @Rmilia1 knows what’s up. They claim nothing is wrong and aren’t accountable for giving anyone any comp. Once a banner goes up we have proof there are issues.

I was playing 3 pots of Coins Slot and had just started a bonus game.
2 spins in I got the “Reload Game” message and when I went back in there was no more bonus.
I was betting $.40 a spin and had already won $4 in bonus and had 5 spins left.

The site has been extremely buggy and isn’t loading most of the time. I’m not saying this to get compensation or anything. I don’t want it. Can you please just fix the site for God’s sake? This is unplayable.
